Healthy eating makes our body and mind fresh.Having a good mental health can think great things and can do all the things that you want to do .There are many ways of maintaining good health.Be cool,if you have a problem don't make yourself stressful because it may cause diseases.Eat balance diet,watch out what you are eating,eat fruits,vegetables and be sure that what you are eating is safe and nutritious foods and also don't forget to drink plenty of water.Exercise regularly,inorder to stretch your body.Have a rest,you must need to rest your body from moving and your mind from thinkingWe believe that "HEALTH is WEALTH"because this is one of the most important in our life even though we are in crisis if we have this good health we will have the ability to face all the obstacles that may come in our life.Because of that good health it makes our life wonderful and bright.
